Questions
Do I need to download an app?
No. Staampt opens in your phone's browser. You can add it to your home screen, or add each card to Apple or Google Wallet.
How do I get a stamp?
Scan the QR code at the counter, then type the short one-time code the staff give you.
What if I forget my PIN?
There's no self-service PIN reset yet. If your account has an email address, use “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page with that same email. Otherwise, email hello@staampt.com with your phone number and we'll help you get back in.
Does it cost anything?
Never. Staampt is free for customers.
